The Council for the Rural Area
The Council was newly composed in January 2006. The Cabinet, on the recommendation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, endorsed the appointment of the new Chairman and members of the Council for the Rural Area. The Chairman and the members were appointed by Royal Decree for a period of four years, and two members of the Council were reappointed for a period of two years.
